Rent collection is where we will gather the monthly rent payment from your tenant on a set date, as outlined in their lease agreement.
Fully managed letting is a type of property management service where we will manage your rental property on your behalf.

We will advertise your property, conduct viewings, tie up your desired offer, reference the tenants, provide a right to rent check, tenancy agreement, take the final payment (rent & deposit) lodge the deposit and for an additional charge conduct an inventory.
We will set up the tenancy, provide everything listed in our find tenant only service and then collect the rent each month providing you with statements of accounts.
