As one of our most popular services, we offer the find tenant only service. This includes the marketing, viewings, referencing, right to rent checks, tenancy agreement, deposit lodge & the inventory report. Once the tenants have moved in we would pass it back for you to manage yourself.

One of our favourites! We take all the stress away from you and manage the property once the tenants are in. We would market the property, conduct the viewings, reference the tenants, do the right to rent checks, send out the tenancy agreement, lodge the deposit & arrange the inventory report.
